We are committed to improving our service and our customers shopping experience. We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the Europe. Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 4 days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail (expect Switzerland and Germany). We use SwissPost\ DPD\DHL and FedEx for shipping.
You can see the accurate deliverytime to your country in the check-out proceedure.
If your goods are lost or checked after a 30 working days waiting time , we will deliver them again.
Cautions: If you provide us with a false or not completed address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or change the products for you, or get you a refund.
The following items are NOT returnable:
Any item that has been worn, used or altered
Any item that is specified as non-returnable on its product page
Clearance merchandise. If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
HOW TO DO A RETURN
Please inform us of your request of refund or return or exchange within 14 days after you receive the goods. You can contact our customer support via E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
Our customer service will respond to your questions as fast as possible. We will offer you the instruments and return adress according to your specific requirements.
All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us in a proper parcel.
You have to bear the cost for the return and for the redelivery if you want an exchange.
After receiving returned goods, we will arrange you the refund using the paypment methode used to purchase.
The shipping cost will be deduced from the total amount returned, unless the items were sent wrong or defect.
